Return and Refund Policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

All fees and subscriptions paid to CHERISHED SOLUTIONS, LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so at least 15 business days before your renewal date. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All fees and subscriptions paid to CHERISHED SOLUTIONS, LLC for digital products and services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

PHYSICAL GOODS

Refund Amounts


  • Full refunds include the purchase price paid


  • Shipping, handling, and delivery fees are generally non-refundable


  • Installation or service fees for returned products are generally non-refundable


  • Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply to certain returned physical products

CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Items purchased that are tagged "made to order" or have any customization are not refundable.


GIFT PURCHASES


If the item was purchased as a gift:


  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit to the gift recipient


  • With proof of purchase, we can process a refund to the original purchaser's payment method


  • Gift receipts may be required for returns without the original purchaser's information


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS


Defective Products


If you receive a defective product:


  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt


  • Provide photos or videos of the defect when possible


  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at our expense


Damaged in Transit


If your order arrives damaged:


  • Keep all packaging materials


  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and products


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery


  • We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and provide a replacement or refund


SALE ITEMS


Items purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices may have modified return policies:


  • Some final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund


  • Limited-time offers may have shorter return windows


  • Any special return terms will be clearly noted at the time of purchase


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


For orders shipped internationally:


  • All returns must comply with customs regulations


  • International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable


  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer


  • Processing times for international returns may be extended due to customs processing


EXCHANGES


We do not process direct exchanges. Instead:


  • Return the unwanted item following our return process


  • Place a new order for the desired item

RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS


We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:


  • The return period has expired


  • The item shows signs of use or wear


  • The item was described as non-returnable at purchase

  • Multiple returns are made from the same customer suggesting abuse of the policy
