10. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

All fees and subscriptions paid to CHERISHED SOLUTIONS, LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must do so at least 15 business days before your renewal date. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado or the Federal District of Colorado - Denver.
